Adaptar y transformar HR para conseguir mayor agilidad de negocio?<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Pensar en #agilizar<\/a>\u00a0el\u00a0#\u00e1rea<\/a>\u00a0de\u00a0#personas<\/a>\u00a0conlleva redise\u00f1ar las\u00a0#iniciativas<\/a>,\u00a0#acciones<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0#pr\u00e1cticas<\/a>\u00a0propias del \u00e1rea para alinearlas con negocio\u2026<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Y esto tiene 2 retos principalmente;<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

1\ufe0f\u20e3 Pensar en t\u00e9rminos de\u00a0#producto<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0#ciclos<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>

Qu\u00e9 entregamos y c\u00f3mo lo entregamos. Y eso que desarrollamos y entregamos, en qu\u00e9 medida (porque deben de medir)\u00a0#impacta<\/a>\u00a0en y\/a\u00a0#negocio<\/a>\u2026 Y no en menor medida, de manera innegociable, ese \u201cc\u00f3mo hacer y entregar\u201d tiene que ser replanteado por ciclos.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Tenemos la\u00a0#obligaci\u00f3n<\/a>\u00a0de\u00a0#salir<\/a>\u00a0de lo operativo para\u00a0#mirar<\/a>\u00a0el operativo, mirar nuestras\u00a0#formas<\/a>\u00a0y nuestro\u00a0#proceder<\/a>\u00a0para conocer nuestro verdadero impacto.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Porque la\u00a0#agilidad<\/a>\u00a0va de eso;\u00a0#inspecci\u00f3n<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0#adaptaci\u00f3n<\/a>.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Tenemos la obligaci\u00f3n de cuestionar nuestro #hacer<\/a>\u00a0en funci\u00f3n de los\u00a0#requisitos<\/a>\u00a0de\u00a0#negocio<\/a>\u2026<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Y de este primer reto, nace un segundo reto.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

2\ufe0f\u20e3 No anteponer la\u00a0#mejora<\/a>\u00a0a la\u00a0#adaptaci\u00f3n<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Y nos explicamos\u2026 Creemos que pensar en t\u00e9rminos exclusivamente o principalmente de\u00a0#mejora<\/a>\u00a0#continua<\/a>\u00a0ha dejado de tener la eficacia que anta\u00f1o ten\u00eda.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

La mejora continua siendo tremendamente \u00fatil, acepta en su naturaleza un escenario de cierta estabilidad y el compromiso, en t\u00e9rminos de productividad, de que lo que hacemos es susceptible de ser mejorado. Y este principio -pr\u00e1cticamente filos\u00f3fico- encierra a tiempo presente una ineficiencia\u2026<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

No hablamos tanto de la capacidad de hacer algo mejorado sino de c\u00f3mo lo que hacemos est\u00e1\u00a0#respondiendo<\/a>\u00a0a los\u00a0#requisitos<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0#requerimientos<\/a>\u00a0de\u00a0#negocio<\/a>.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Hablamos en\u00a0#t\u00e9rminos<\/a>\u00a0de\u00a0#adaptaci\u00f3n<\/a>\u00a0y no en t\u00e9rminos de mejora. En decir, ser\u00a0#capaces<\/a>\u00a0de\u00a0#pivotar<\/a>\u00a0nuestra\u00a0#operativa<\/a>\u00a0a las necesidades\u00a0#reales<\/a>\u00a0de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

La pregunta de inicio ya no es si la actividad o proceso es susceptible de ser mejorado, sino si esa actividad o proceso siguen generando valor a negocio.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Es decir, el reto de #HR<\/a>\u00a0es\u00a0#adaptar<\/a>\u00a0permanentemente su\u00a0#hacer<\/a>\u00a0para\u00a0#generar<\/a>\u00a0un\u00a0#verdadero<\/a>\u00a0#impacto<\/a>\u00a0en la compa\u00f1\u00eda. Lo dem\u00e1s; desperdicio.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

No estamos aqu\u00ed diciendo que no hagamos bien las cosas que hacemos y, ni mucho menos, y en la medida de lo posible, que las mejoremos. Sino que ese enfoque que tanto ha calado en las organizaciones de \u201c#mejora<\/a>\u00a0#continua<\/a>\u201d debe de dejar paso a un enfoque que responda de inicio a la \u201c#adaptaci\u00f3n<\/a>\u00a0#continua<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Y esa adaptaci\u00f3n continua requiere y exige entender a la perfecci\u00f3n los\u00a0#requerimientos<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0#necesidades<\/a>\u00a0del\u00a0#negocio<\/a>\u00a0para\u00a0#pivotar<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0#adoptar<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0<\/p>

#adaptar<\/a>\u00a0nuestros ciclos a esos requerimientos de\u00a0#negocio<\/a>\u2026<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Esa y no otra es la verdadera #transformaci\u00f3n<\/a>\u00a0de\u00a0#HR<\/a>.<\/p>
